“Star Empire” is a continuation of the “sea wolf” cycle, stories with the hit in 1942 of the Voronezh nuclear submarine. In this world, the victory came in 1944, and the USSR is much stronger-in 1955 the satellite was already leaving for orbit, and Stalin (not dead in March 1953) watches a film report from the Star Cosmodrome. And just the day before, the Soviet tsar-bomb was blown up in a hundred megatons at the landfill in the New Earth. But we can recall that in our history the USSR in 1991 had huge military power, which did not save from perestroika. So what was not enough for our country - and will it be possible to avoid this in another world?
