The third book of “Our Good Great Fiction” complements the first two - “Under one Sun” and “Created to fly”. To the authors, which made up the color of Russian science fiction of the 1960-1980s, new names were added in it: G. Shah, O. Korozablenikov, G. Prashkevich, F. Dymov, V. But the third book of anthology is not just an additional volume, it summarizes a certain symbolic line, it is, as it were, the water -precursing between generations - the generation of those who started under Efremov, and the generation of the new wave, young at that time of the authors who left the “overcoat” of the Strugatsky brothers. There were no special contradictions between the waves, except that the young were less traditional and more social, they sensitively felt the wind of imminent changes that were not forced to wait in the second half of the 1980s.
