The only fully published work of Alexander Shepilovsky “on the tip of the beam” is a parody of pseudo-fiction works of the 60-70s. The last century with the attempts of the authors to invent some new discovery, providing it with a scientific explanation, and an attempt to combine this discovery with an adventure plot. The result, as a rule, turned out to be very unimportant. Shepilovsky, in the preface, compared his hero with Munchausen: he, like the Baron, takes as a basis the immutable law of nature and immediately turns it inside out, explaining to them a completely incredible, fabulous history.
The remaining works of the author, included in this book thanks to the writer’s daughter, are essentially published for the first time.
