The Polish writer Jerzy Broshkevich (1922-1993) wrote a good fantastic story about two very smart Polish schoolchildren, who participated in three incredible adventures, with an expertly twisted plot, and the second is more interesting than the first (also not highlighted), and the third is more interesting than the first and second .
Girl Ika and a boy of peas regretted the old Opel Captain car, who was threatened with disposal from day to day. The car was not easy. He traveled, he was an excellent interlocutor - he spoke freely through his own receiver, he appeared in the right places and at the right time, but, most importantly, he always knew where and who needed immediate help. In addition, he was endlessly brave: during the war, having come to the Nazis, he constantly deteriorated - just to harm the enemies, and, in the end, managed to surrender them. In a word, the Opel Captain is a much more lively and interesting character than, for example, modern transformers.
In the first adventure, thanks to the "captain" and their own ingenuity, children find the kids stolen by villains, and in the search they participate telephone machines, which, calling up with each other, transmit information about the whereabouts of the child. The second adventure looks very symbolic: Polish children on German Opel, and then on the Soviet aircraft "Yak" saving people in the African desert. The third adventure transfers children to the planet Vega, and they convince its inhabitants of the peacefulness and purity of the thoughts of earthlings, simultaneously saving the local inhabitant from the claws of the predator.
