Clifford Saymak is one of the founding fathers of modern fiction, Espolin writers, thanks to which the concept of the Golden Age of the NF exists in American literature. At the beginning of the literary career, Saimak wrote "solid" scientific-fantastic and adventure works, as well as westerns, but then pushed the boundaries of the NF genre and created his own style, which critics called the soft, humanistic and even pastoral, comparing Saymak prose with the prose of Ray Bradbury.
