In the world, the virus that flies transfers is rampant. Giant swarms of insects sweep everything in their path, devouring people and animals, and surviving infecting with a terrible disease. The infrastructure is destroyed, the cities turned into ruins.
A few survivors hide in the forest wilderness. Among them is a scientist who endlessly tells his daughter Nico the legend of a mysterious geological anomaly found in Manchester in the waters of the Merrimak River.
When the scientist’s wife dies from the virus and he himself is seriously ill, Niko, along with the faithful dog, goes to Manchester in search of this anomaly. On the way, she meets other guys going in the same direction. Each of them has its own story, but all of them mysteriously intertwined. The children can tie the found keys, and in this they are helped by a mysterious deliveryer who lives life after life in an attempt to direct events in the direction he needs
