No more delay. Laws are adopted within an hour. Committees are multiplied, the budget is cracking at the seams. The Confederation falls into chaos. Only individual conscious understand the horror of what is happening and, in order to at least somehow slow down the unwound flywheel of the authorities, unite at the sabotage bureau. Bureau agents have to show miracles of ingenuity in order to remain within the framework of the law, but the resistance of the authorities and society is so great that sometimes they have to cross this framework, and then everything is used, up to bribery, blackmail and murder.
Once, an alarming information comes to the Sabotage Bureau: the planet is isolated with the help of an impenetrable shell called "God"s wall" in order to conduct a monstrous experiment
