France is not a very fantastic country, in comparison, for example, with America. Who, besides Jules Verne, can you remember from French science fiction writers? Almost no one. Roni Sr. with his “struggle for fire”, Maurice Renar, Gerard Klein ... who else? But there is a name in France France, which our domestic reader knows for sure - Francis Karsak. His novel “Robinsons of Cosmos”, translated and published in our country in the very beginning of the 1960s, immediately brought the writer to one of the leading places in the ranking of sympathy of Russian readers.
The next collection of Karsak included dilogy from the cycle “Galactic Commonwealth”-the novels “Aliens from nowhere” and “This World-Ours”, telling about the struggle of the united mankind from the “those-kat-gas stars”, with strange creatures who flew flying From another universe.
