The monograph is dedicated to the current problem - the fetal growth delay syndrome. The issues of etiology and risk factors of this complication of pregnancy are considered. Special attention is paid to new links of Pathogenesis SZRP, such as the role of growth factors and their receptors, hereditary and acquired thrombophilus. An assessment is given to the influence of utility processes - apoptosis and proliferation in placental tissue. From the standpoint of etiopathogenesis of this complication, prevention, early diagnosis and obstetric tactics were considered with the syndrome of the growth of the fetus of various severity.
