Ferdinand Ferdinandovich Wrangel

The book is dedicated to the life and activities of the "Ostsee German", a talented Russian sailor, a researcher of the Black and Mediterranean Seas, a hydrograph, a hydrologist, a meteorologist, historian, teacher and public figure F.F. Vrangel. Being one of the most educated officers of the Russian fleet of the late XIX century.
