In 1980, on the cover of the American magazine MS. Soviet feminists from the dissident circle turned out to be paradoxically almost forgotten in the modern Russian (and international) feminist community. The book "The Feminist Samizdat. 40 years later, it is called to return them to the field with an actual feminist reflection. The book includes a reprint of the original almanac "Woman and Russia" (1979) with a comment from his two editors, Natalia Malakhovsky and Tatyana Mamonova, as well as historical commentary, biography and a series of articles.
