State estimated standards. Federal unit rates for construction and special construction work (hereinafter referred to as far) are intended to determine costs when performing construction work and compiling estimated calculations based on them (estimates) on the production of these works.
Approved and entered into the federal register of estimated standards to be applied in determining the estimated value of capital construction facilities, the construction of which is funded with the involvement of the federal budget funds by order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2014.
