The aim of the work was to study the characteristics of single-photon superconducting detectors created on the basis of thin NBN films, an increase in the speed of the detector and the study of the ability to practically use single-photon superconducting detectors instead of traditionally used semiconductor single-photon detectors. The practical result of the work was the creation of a high-speed single photon detector based on the effect of single-photon detection of optical and IR radiation by thin-film superconducting nanostructures. The detector has record characteristics for speed and sensitivity in a wide spectral range from UV to IR. The prospects for the use of detectors in the cornering infrared microscopy of living biological samples with high temporary resolution is shown
