The high school student Siko Kadono goes on a holiday in a mysterious village for uncle, hoping to understand the secrets of her family. As soon as she comes to the place, the fog around thickens and she hears the frightening words: Get out of here. But the girl does not listen.
The festive celebration is replaced by a terrible sacrifice, and terrible creatures take the siro. Now she has a key role-to care for a real deity on the Holy Mountain, as the Miko priestesses once did. However, an evil and ugly deity can devour anyone who will not obey his whims. Sikho learns to live among cruel monkeys and ravens who have taken the human appearance, and more than anything in the world dreams of returning home. Having learned the history of God, she must decide whether to throw the inhabitants of the Holy Mountain to the mercy of fate or remain to help the deity find herself
