The book is written in the framework of the literary genre of Fantasy with the show of believable historical events.
The protagonist of the story N.P. Gorshenin, through the retro -telegon donated to him, worked in the departments of the NKVD and the NKKI departments in the departments of the NKVD, “listened” to the supposedly alleged scraps of subscribers, “listened” at night. So there was a whole gallery of historical events, personalities and problems. He wrote them in a diary.
After the death of our hero, his wife passed the diary to the author. When processing the records, the idea arose to tell the reader about them. It turned out that these are not “notes of a madman”, but rather plausible stories. So a book was born in which the reader can find a lot of interesting things for himself
