A novel, logically finishing "History of the Future" on Olaf Stapledon, begun the epic "Last and first people" and continued by the "creator of stars". The novel is the quintessence of the cosmogony and eschatology of the great science fiction and futurologist. Each thinking race, inhabiting endless cosmos, has its own guardian spirit, which passes the same cycles of life as the “subordinate” people to him. Before us is a large -scale picture of the wandering of the cosmic patron of mankind on the Earth and the solar system mastered by people, the history of observations of the take -off and falls of empires, the diary of fears and hopes associated with our reasonable appearance. Will the owners of the third planet adequately manifest themselves within their galaxy or disappoint the creators of the stars? Who will direct the descendants of Adam to the path of genuine immortality?
