Flann Cle chose the theme for his bone plain - the subject of ongoing disputes for the past nine centuries. Even at a school, proud of the spirit of true ancient art, this plain with its three tests, three treasures and three causes has long been considered a myth. The study leads Flan to the study of the life of Naern - the legendary wandering bard, unrestrained, who lived and created during the foundation of the school.
