About trolls. Fairy tales

Peter Kristen Asbierrynsen is the famous Norwegian writer and scientist. In addition, he was an enthusiastic collector: he collected everything - from old books and children"s toys to folk tales and legends. Traveling in Norway, P.K. Asbiernsen recorded local traditions and then published a book of Norwegian folk tales.
In the collection “About Trolls. Fairy tales ”included four tales of P.K. Asbiernsen-“ How two boys met the trolls in the Hedal forest ”,“ Per Gunt ”,“ Soria-Moria Castle ”and“ Plut ”in the classic retelling of A. Lyubarskaya. They will talk about the harsh Norwegian region and dense forests, which are teeming with evil
trolls, and about the courage and resourcefulness of the brave heroes who throw them a call, about beautiful princesses and stupid rulers who are worth not to circle around the finger.
