Family Law. Textbook

The textbook is prepared based on the Family Code of the Russian Federation, family legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation, judicial practice, as well as doctrinal positions of scholars. The publication covers the main issues of the family law course: marriage, spousal relations, rights and obligations of parents and children, alimony obligations, procedures for concluding, amending, and terminating a marriage contract, forms of upbringing for children left without parental care, etc. The edition is prepared based on the legislation as of March 2014. The textbook is intended for students, postgraduates, teachers of legal universities and faculties, legal practitioners, as well as anyone interested in family law issues.
