The textbook discusses the subject, method, principles and sources of family law, the concept and types of family legal relations, the concept, conditions and procedure for the conclusion and termination of marriage. Consumer and parental legal relations are analyzed, the forms of children left without parental care. Separate heads of the textbook are devoted to the history of the development of the family law of Russia, legal facts in the family law, the implementation of family rights and the execution of duties, as well as measures of protection and responsibility in family law.
