Expertise in Russian legislation. Guidebook for investigator, interrogator, judge

In the publication for the first time in legal literature, an analysis of the modern legislation of Russia on the examination was carried out. In a systematized form, expertise, regulated by the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, disclosed the legal mechanisms for the implementation of the requirements of the Examination Legislation, considered the possibilities of using expertise in criminal proceedings of Russia.
