The monograph on the example of the CIS region on a large actual material analyzes the features of the current stage of transnationalization of the corporate sector of Russia. The priority directions of the expansion of Russian capital into the state of community, the causes and effectiveness of investment in the states of the near abroad are considered. Particular attention is paid to the problems that companies face and miscalculations in their investment policy. The pros and cons of corporate integration are revealed to deepen integration interaction in the post -Soviet space. Measures are proposed to expand and increase the effectiveness of investment of Russian companies in the CIS countries.
