The procedure for the execution of executive documents providing for the appeal to the funds for budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation, including on monetary obligations of state institutions, as well as the legal regime of the execution of executive documents with respect to other state (municipal) institutions (budget and autonomous institutions) are considered. On the basis of judicial practice, the application of budget legislation is analyzed, as well as legislation on enforcement proceedings.
