The monograph is dedicated to one of the most controversial sections of legal science - the theory of evidence. The study explores the patterns related to evidence in legal regulation (criminal procedural, civil procedural, arbitration procedural, and administrative procedural evidence). Based on a critical analysis of legal literature, as well as criminal procedural, civil procedural, arbitration procedural, and administrative procedural legislation on evidence, recommendations (including in the form of appendices) are proposed for the subjects of procedural evidence in the Russian Federation. Criminal procedural evidence is correlated with other types of procedural evidence - civil procedural, arbitration procedural, administrative procedural, as well as with the procedural proceedings of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Administrative procedural evidence is correlated with administrative judicial proceedings. The legislation as of July 1, 2022, is taken into account. The monograph is intended for teachers, postgraduates (adjuncts), educational organizations conducting educational activities in accordance with the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" of December 21, 2012, as well as for law enforcement officers conducting procedural activities (judges, prosecutors, authorized officials of preliminary investigation and inquiry bodies, interested representatives of all non-law enforcement agencies). 6th edition, revised and expanded.
