Collected works by E.A. Yevtushenko represents the work of the outstanding poet and writer in its entirety, summarizes all the best that he did in his life: love and civic lyrics, 22 epic poems by which both the history of Russia and the life of all mankind can be studied. After all, he made the reading of poems, in addition to all regions of his homeland, in 96 countries, and his poems, translated into 72 foreign languages, taught people in many countries to free -free thinking, destroying the iron curtain. The first poet who guessed his talent in him was B. Pasternak, who praised his poems “Loneliness”. D. Shostakovich admitted in one of the letters that he reads Yevtushenko’s poems “Career” and “Boots” as prayers. John Steinbek predicted that in the 21st century E. Yevtushenko will become no less readable prose writer than a poet. The book includes poems and poems of 1964 - 1970, articles about art, as well as speech "predictions before the beginning of the 21st century"
