If, according to business, real estate, machinery and equipment, there are quite a lot of special literature, textbooks and teaching aids, then in terms of intellectual property assessment (precisely on how to evaluate, how to assume) this literature has been published in the country in the country. Mostly the presented textbook emphasizes the issues of assessing industrial intellectual property. These are mainly objects protected by patent rights (inventions, useful models, industrial samples) At the same time, one of the chapters is devoted to the assessment of the so -called means of individualization (commercial designations, brands, trademarks, etc)
