Dietary fibers are the material that makes up the cell walls of plant foods (vegetables, fruits, grains, etc.). Refining (purifying) food products leads to a lack of dietary fibers in the diet, which results in changes in metabolism, alterations in the balance of gut microflora, and a decrease in the natural intestinal motility function. In the gastrointestinal tract, dietary fiber forms a stable colloidal gel or dispersion. Its particles, by absorbing water, swell and retain the breakdown components and toxins of food products. Dietary fiber particles are unable to retain and remove proteins and complex molecules of essential nutrients from the body, thus the intake of dietary fiber does not disrupt the nutritional balance. The ability of dietary fiber to form bonds with fat-like compounds (cholesterol) has been confirmed, preventing their absorption into the bloodstream.
As it moves through the gastrointestinal tract, dietary fiber stimulates mechanoreceptors, supporting the secretory and motor functions of the small and large intestines. Additionally, dietary fiber participates in the formation of fecal masses, increasing their mass and volume through hydration and loosening, accelerating intestinal transit, and reducing intraintestinal pressure.
The most important advantage of dietary fibers is their low energy value (0 calories) while inducing a feeling of satiety, allowing for appetite control, which is important for weight management. The gut microflora of the large intestine plays a significant role in the overall functioning of the body. Beneficial bacteria primarily require dietary fibers.
The gut microflora, by processing fiber, synthesizes B-group vitamins, vitamin PP, and vitamin K. The mechanism of protection of the large intestine involves reducing the duration of contact of toxic substances with the intestinal mucosa, decreasing their absorption, shortening the transit time of intestinal chyme, and normalizing the saprophytic (beneficial) gut microflora.
Cleansing and improving the body, controlling body weight are based on the physiological need of the body for dietary fibers.
Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) Ankir-B contributes to:
- Reducing hunger and the amount of food consumed
- Accelerating food transit through the gastrointestinal tract and restoring gut microflora
- Cleansing the body of toxic substances and metabolic products
Dietary fibers are considered nutrients (food components), and the body constantly needs them as essential nutrients, so the recommended course can be periodically repeated.
Taking 15 tablets (daily intake) provides 21% of the recommended daily intake of dietary fibers.
When using MCC Ankir-B, regular intake and an adequate amount of consumed fluids are important – at least 2.0 liters per day, including fluids in meals and beverages.
Initially, when taking MCC Ankir-B, discomfort in the intestines may occur, which may be related to insufficient microflora that digests dietary fibers. In this case, it is necessary to start with a minimal intake (3-5 tablets per day) of MCC Ankir-B and gradually increase the number of tablets taken over several weeks to the recommended levels.
Dosage: Adults should take 3-5 tablets three times a day during meals. The duration of intake is one month. Regular intake with a 10-day break is allowed.
Not recommended for individuals with individual intolerance to components, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers.
Consultation with a doctor is necessary before use.
