Theoretical and practical problems of protecting the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union from the Dumping Import from the companies of the Exporting Foreign State are set and solved in the monograph. The main attention is paid to such components of the Dumping Triad as the dumping margin (absolute size and relative value), the material damage of the economy industry and the causal relationship between the Dumping import and material damage of the Eurasian Economic Union economy. Legislation is given as of September 2015. The monograph is focused on specialists working in trade and manufacturing companies engaged in export-import operations in consulting firms that provide services for the integrated service of the VED participants in the Department of Coordination, Development and Regulation of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Activities of the Ministry Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in the structures of the Department for the Protection of the Domestic Market of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
