In the center of study, Igor Vishnevetsky (and accompanying his selection of rare, often not previously published materials) - alloy of music and politics proposed by five composers - Vladimir Dukelsky, Arthur Lurie, Igor Markevich, Sergey Prokofiev, Igor Stravinsky, as well as their colleague and other, Musical criticism and political publicist Peter Suvchinsky. All six people united that in the 1920-1930th, the most interesting for them did not happen in Moscow and Leningrad, but in Paris, and the main thing - the sharp criticism of the Western modernist project (and its Soviet version) from the standpoint of the alternative understanding of the "Westness"
