Alexander Pushkin is the founder of modern Russian literature. A Russian writer and poet, he skillfully combined satire, drama, and romance in his works. The collection includes poems such as "Ruslan and Ludmila," "The Fountain of Bakhchisarai," "The Bronze Horseman," and other works.
Among them, the novel in verse "Eugene Onegin" stands out, which became the embodiment of the spirit of Russian literature. The main character is a dandy and a rake, who by the age of twenty-six has grown tired of noisy balls and city life. Inheriting an estate and fortune from his deceased uncle, he settles in the rural wilderness, becoming the subject of gossip and superstitions.
