A fairy tale is a lie, but there is a hint in it. Especially if this is a fairy tale for adults. Especially if it is supposed to fairy tales, both terrible and chickens, and in some places philosophical. And the pictures are matching, according to all the rules - expressive, detailed, you want to read, you want to look at the illustrations.
So, the old man is one ninety -six years old. I thought with my relatives to see, and indeed to take a break from earthly worries, it did not work out - almost immediately I got into a fairy tale, in some places suspiciously similar to our reality with you. As he met the first fellow traveler, it started. Feminist journalists, corruption, crises, intrigues in power circles - and all this along with talking cats and reasonable worms. It just ended not as in ordinary fairy tales - it seems expected, but it seems not. Not sad, or encouraging. It"s not the same for everybody.
