On the basis of the myths of ancient Greece, universal culture developed centuries: artists, poets, sculptors took images and plots for their works from ancient mythology. In our speech, we still use expressions that originate in ancient Greece: "sink into oblivion", "box of Pandora", "Sisyphus labor" and others.
Myths are given in the retelling of Nikolai Albertovich Kun, a researcher of ancient Greek culture. Illustrations in the book of Anna Vlasova, a member of the International Federation of Artists.
