Eponymic syndromes are diseases named by the names of their authors. This method of designation of disease is quite widespread in medicine. This reference book summarizes eponymic syndromes presented in the medical literature, often hereditary, in which lung defeat is the only or leading manifestation. The clinical symptoms of these syndromes are presented, tables with differential-diagnostic signs of major ones are given, information on the authors described them and the first works in which they were described. The book is addressed to pediatricians, pulmonologists, general practitioners, students of medical universities
