The lessons of the global financial and economic crisis suggest that the theses about the self-regulating market are untenable and have no real basis for them. The implementation of the modernization of the Russian economy and its transfer to the innovative basis largely increase the role of state regulation.
In the monograph, entrepreneurial (economic and legal) basics of state regulation of the market economy are investigated. We defined ways to improve its legal support.
