Entrepreneurial (business law) and the real sector of the economy

The economic crisis showed the complete inconsistency of market fundamentalism, denying the state regulation of the economy. The transition to the innovation economy requires the improvement of legal regulation of production and economic activities. In this paper, entrepreneurial (economic) right as a tool for regulating production and economic activity in the real sector of the economy is investigated. The concept of the real sector of the economy is considered, the legal status of economic entities of the real sector of the economy and the problem of legal regulation of their economic relations in modern conditions is being analyzed. The peculiarities of the legal organization of intravenial relations that develop within corporate and unitary enterprises are shown.
