The book is the first comprehensive study of relatively new for Russian law and the concept of enterprise - the object of legal relations (object of the rights of a businessman) that has long been rooted in Germany. Theoretical issues related to the doctrinal understanding of the enterprise, and the practical problems of the enterprise’s speech as an object of civil turnover, the main types of contracts concluded in relation to the enterprise are analyzed. Samples of contracts, extraction from laws, bibliography and pointers are given.
