The English trainer is aimed at schoolchildren who have already made their very first steps in learning – it is for students who continue to master new vocabulary and wish to learn how to independently read and translate English texts. The book contains several well-known fairy tales in English. The texts are voluminous, divided into parts for convenience of working with them. Each text comes with a glossary, which includes translations of new words.
Schoolchildren are provided with practice not only in acquiring reading and translation skills – for each fairy tale, there are various tasks on the knowledge of grammar rules and the ability to use them, on memorizing new vocabulary and on the ability of the schoolchild to use it. At the end of the book, there are answers. This section presents complete translations of the texts, as well as answers to all tasks.
Depending on the level of preparation, schoolchildren from 2nd to 6th grade of general education school can successfully use the book.
