The study guide is designed to improve listening skills and is aimed at developing the ability to perceive complex texts on various topics, both specialized and general in nature, by ear. The guide contains texts associated with the TEDtalk resource, lexical exercises, and tasks aimed at understanding and critically interpreting video material, as well as creative tasks. Each chapter of the guide is based on a video plot, selected based on its relevance to the thematic content of the textbook "Face2face. Upper-Intermediate".
