This macaronic book is the world's first English language textbook for little parrots. Parrots are amazingly talented birds. They find languages extremely easy to pick up: after all, they don't care which language to speak, they can even speak two at once! Such speech is also called "macaronic" by people. Therefore, specifically for parrots, the poet Yevgeny Klyuev wrote a textbook in verse in two languages, and the illustrator Polina Kalashnikova came up with a whole wimmelbook for all the memorable expressions. True, parrots can't read, but they can repeat, so all we need to do is help them a little.
