One of the most important technologies is energy -intensive technological processes, such as laser, thermochemistry, mechanochemistry, sonochemistry, plasmochemistry. Technological systems that use these methods of initiating processes are nonequilibrium and nonlinear. The theoretical aspects of such technological systems have not been well studied. These are vacuum-plasma and plasma-spy systems used to modify synthetic and natural polymeric materials. Their study and practical application requires a single approach to a complex of problems. This is physics, physical chemistry of chemically reacting nonequilibrium plasma of low pressure and natural synthetic polymeric materials, the technology for processing and modifying these materials, physics and physical chemistry of mortar systems. In this book, an attempt to analyze these problems is made.
