The monograph is devoted to the description of the structures of heat -expanded equipment, including: tubular apparatuses with innovative heat exchanger elements, serpentine heat exchange devices of the “pipe” type in the pipe with a changing and unchanging radius of the spiral spiral of the flowing part of the heat exchange elements, as well as heat exchange devices with a rotating heat exchange surface.
The work proposes mathematical models of conjugated heat transfer in the apparatus of the class in question developed on the basis of fundamental equations of the mechanics of the continuous environment. The results of numerical calculations and experimental data confirming the adequacy of mathematical models are given. On the basis of experimental and theoretical studies, reliable methods of engineering calculations of modern heat transfer devices are proposed.
