Changing the ice situation, the emergence of new, modern vessels makes it almost year -round artery, in any case, in the near future, I am sure, and will happen, and an effective and reliable, which has huge potential for the Russian and the global economy. I have already instructed the government to work out the issues of creating a separate structure responsible for the integrated development of the Northern Sea Route and the surrounding support territories, including infrastructure, hydrography, safety, management and all the necessary services.
We invite our foreign colleagues to actively use the capabilities of the Severput, which will reduce the costs and terms of delivery of goods between Europe and Asia. At the same time, we well understand: in order for this corridor to be competitive, universal, in demand for transporting all types of goods - from raw materials to containers, it is necessary to form the most favorable conditions for transport companies that meet the most modern international standards in this area
