Theory and practice of abrasive pipe cutting

The monograph discusses the issues of improving the quality of abrasive cutting of pipes. The analysis is presented and the reasons for reducing the required incision of cutting during the operation of the cutting tool. The results of the calculation of the cutting circle are presented, which allow us to predict the nature of the changes in the micro -relief during processing. The results of experimental studies of new designs of cutting circles are presented and recommendations for their design and operation in production conditions are given, taking into account the choice of rational processing conditions.
