The monograph discusses the directions of the development of transport infrastructure in Russia. The features of the implementation of domestic transport projects have been investigated. A system of parameters has been formed that unambiguously defines the infrastructure transport project. A comparative assessment of the impact of parameters on the risks associated with the implementation of the project was made. A risk-oriented methodology for choosing a mechanism for implementing an infrastructure project in transport based on an integral criterion that allows minimizing risks is proposed.
