The monograph presents a solution to the technological problem of polishing polycrystalline diamond coating with a mechanochemical method in order to ensure the required value of surface roughness and high processing productivity. An analysis of existing schemes and methods of polishing diamonds and diamond coatings has been performed. The technology of polishing diamond coatings with a metal brush is proposed, which provides fragile destruction of the heights of large micronerialities and the graphite of small micronerings.
