The results of the experimental and theoretical studies of the operation of the electrical apparatus of the camp for the production of high -strength reinforcement are given. The methodology for calculating the permissible change in the tension in the wire created by the electric drive between the roller device and the profiling cage. Technological requirements for the electric drive control system are formulated from the standpoint of ensuring the depth of the notch of the reinforcement within the permissible values due to stabilization of tension in the wire between the roller -based correct device and the profiling cage.
