The results of the experimental and theoretical studies of the electric drive of the divert roller (OR) of the broad -legged camp of hot rolling are given. The methodology for determining the component of the moment of the load of the UP electric motor from the action of laminar cooling, the methodology for calculating the values of the values of the load on roller rollerings and the full moments of the EP rollers. A functional scheme and a generalized algorithm of an automated system of technical diagnosis and nasphell of the electromechanical system of the OP have been developed. The evaluation of the technical and economic efficiency of developed management and diagnostic systems is given.
