The monograph discusses the issues of using telematics in dispatch management systems on city passenger transport. The role of telematics as a technological basis in the automation of the solution of the problems of control, accounting and analysis of the volume and quality of transport work in modern dispatch management systems on city passenger transport is shown. Analytical models have been developed to evaluate the bandwidth of the high -speed bus transportation system along the highlighted line. Mathematical models and algorithms for forecasting the filling of passenger vehicles on critical distillations of the routes of city passenger transport are presented. The issues of applying the concepts introduced by the authors of the phase space of conditions for assessing the quality of the process of passenger transportation on the route of city passenger transport. The developed classification of service levels and their use was described in order to inform passengers at stopping points on the degree of filling the cabin of the arriving vehicle. The material is based on the results of theoretical research and practical work on the creation and implementation of automated systems for managing urban passenger transport in Russian cities. Materials of the dissertation M.Kh. Duke Sarango, presented for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty 05.22.10 "Operation of road transport".
