The presented manual discusses the results of studies in the field of thermal stability of ammonium nitrate and complex fertilizers based on it, performed in recent years, including the chemistry of fertilizers, kinetics of thermal decomposition of ammonium and its mixtures and micro-and-macrocolytic studies of thermal decomposition of complex fertilizers. The main provisions are generalized to assess the security of the technology for obtaining, granulizing and storing fertilizers.
