Technology for manufacturing typical parts of machines. Tutorial

The training manual presents a description of the purpose and design of such typical parts of machines as hull parts, beds, shafts, spindles, running screws, cylindrical, conical and wormhole wheels, worms, levers and flip forks. The basic technical requirements for their surfaces are given, materials and methods of obtaining blanks are described. Typical technological processes for the manufacture of parts and the basic principles of their construction, as well as schemes and means of control are presented. The methodology for designing the technological process of manufacturing a part is given.
